Two detectives try to arrest a man working as a ticket collector on a Los Angeles sightseeing tour bus. A fight breaks out. It's a Daimler Fleetline, and I believe it's former Trent 486 (HRC486D). The same vehicle appeared in television shows Firefly and VIP in the same livery; prior to this HRC486D featured in the movie Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery in a red/white livery:

One detective gets thrown off:

The bad guy is cornered, but he jumps off, and the other detective jumps after him:

She catches him, and they interview him next to the Angels Flight funicular railway:
