Four London Transport Country Area AEC RLHs (AEC Regent V/Weymann lowbridge) were repainted red and exported to Hawaii in 1971. They provided a shuttle service from Waikiki to the Bishop Museum of Honolulu, and one of them, RLH47 (MXX247), appears in this 1975 episode. Unfortunately this bus was later hit by a falling tree branch and was scrapped.
Also glimpsed is another secondhand bus, a GM TDH5303 'New Look' of TheBus, one of fifty acquired from Dallas Rapid Transit in 1971
