Young Joe, the Forgotten Kennedy

(1977, Richard Strauss)

Has scenes set in London that are at least partly filmed in Fairhaven Village, Bellingham, Washington State. The 'London' bus seen in three scenes is a 1948 AEC Regent III with Park Royal body, ex-Morecambe & Heysham Corporation Transport 23 (JTE549), but here wearing fleet number 24.

Maybe it would have been better to cover up the name on the side:

….but the Austin FX4 taxi in a scene ostensibly under attack by V1 rockets, as the film calls them? (the V2 was a rocket, the V1 had more in common with modern cruise missiles)
