Questo si che è Amore AKA The Night Before Christmas

(1978, Christopher George, Gay Hamilton)

Italian film shot mostly in London. A terminally ill boy lives in a glass cage in hospital. His parents are about to divorce. On Christmas Eve his young friend helps him escape, and they go on a journey.
This early view includes a Plaxton coach of S Seth, but an id would be difficult:

Another partial view; this is Limebourne LLH6K, a 1972 Leyland Atlantean PDR2/1 used as a sightseeing bus on the London Cityrama Tour, before its roof was removed. It had been one of a batch used by Hall of Hounslow on an airport contract for TWA:

Another, this time a London Transport DMS-type Daimler Fleetline:

Leyland RTW75 (KGK575) had long been sold out of service, but here it threatens to run our hero down:

….while a standard AEC Routemaster passes:

A panning shot of Victoria Coach Station, full of National Bus Company white coaches:

The coaches at the front include National Travel (South West) 129 (SAD129R), a 1977 Leyland Leopard with unusual Willowbrook 008 Spacecar body, also two red/white dual-purpose liveried buses. The Alder Valley Leyland-National nearer is just in from Reading, while the Oxford-South Midland Bristol RELH behind it has run in from Oxford. Beyond them is another National Travel (South West) coach, a more conventional Plaxton Supreme Leopard. The Spacecar pulling out prevents us seeing any more:

Our two cherubs board London Country RB21 (PPH451R ), a 1977 Duple Dominant II-bodied AEC Reliance more usually used on Green Line services. In background on the right is Maidstone and District 4628, a 1970 Leyland Leopard/Duple. On the left is Jones of Aberbeeg RC173J, a 1973 Bristol RELH6L/Plaxton numbered in Red and White's complicated fleet numbering system:

There's some nice footage of RB21 before they get off:
