Naked Fury

(1959, Kenneth Cope)

“Fairly typical B gangster film of the 50s, but the start is a panoramic night shot of the Thames, from the Palace of Westminster along the Embankment. The camera zooms in to the road and a car carrying a bunch of thugs who have kidnapped a woman. The car pulls up at a set of traffic lights followed by a Yeates Riviera bodied coach (unidentifiable chassis) the registration might be identifiable on a better recording.” (thanks Stuart Turner)
