Based on comedian Jo Brand's novel of the same name. Set in and around Oldham and Blackpool, but the bus glimpsed in one scene is from Leeds Corporation. I believe it's Keighley Bus Museum's HNW131D, new in 1966 as Leeds 131; it's a Roe bodied Daimler Fleetline. The way the scene is filmed implies that there are two buses present, but I guess 131 plays both parts:
