The Missing Scientists

Odd, poorly acted Cold War movie in which two scientists go missing from the Harwell nuclear research site and attempt to defect from the West to the East.
One leaves the site by bus at night. It's not a bus local to Harwell; it's a Duple Midland bodied Southdown Leyland Tiger Cub from the MUFxxx batch, possibly 636 (MUF636):
The wife of one of the scientists is later seen with BEA AEC RF/Park Royal airport bus NLP647 as it is unloading. In another scene similar MLL753 pulls up alongside MLL760:
