Psychological horror: American moves to London after the death of her daughter. It doesn't go so well.
A movie that has a habit of getting too close to its buses. A London Transport AEC Routemaster, followed by a DMS-type Daimler Fleetline, as Farrow flags down a taxi. At least the Fleetline is then seen clearly; it's DM1183 (KUC183P), a Park Royal-bodied example:

Farrow's character is questioning a woman who's just boarded the bus, as another too-close RM arrives behind it. As it draws away the advert on the back indicates that it's an RT that was sold by London Transport to Brakell of Cheam, but there's no way to identify it:
