Bread

(1971, Nigel Anthony, Peter Marinker)

Tale of a group of friends returning home from the Isle of Wight Pop Festival has some footage of the aftermath of the Festival. Seen from behind is a 1958 Bedford SB8/Duple Super Vega, one of four supplied to Southern Vectis, 239-42 (SDL3-6):

It's alongside a Southern Vectis Bristol Lodekkka FLF6G:

Behind this is West Wight's 5188RU, a 1963 Bedford VAL14/Plaxton new to Excelsior of Bournemouth and later preserved; behind that is another Southern Vectis Bedford SB8, then one of that fleet's 1967 Bristol RESL6G/Eastern Coachworks (batch 808-11, HDL23-6E),then another FLF:

Another view shows 5188RU following an SB and four Lodekkas, the front vehicle being Southern Vectis 555 (ODL15), an LD6G new in 1958:

Back on the mainland our heroes try hitchhiking and are passed by a Portsmouth Corporation Leyland Atlantean PDR1/1/MCW:

There's a brief shot of a London Transport AEC RT in London follows much later in the movie:
