Mr Majeika

(TVS children's series, 1988-90)

Comedy vehicle for Scottish comedian Stanley Baxter features a lot of period transport, including some gems from the preserved bus movement. Particularly prominent in all three series is MYA590, a Harrington bodied Leyland Comet CPP1, new to Scarlett Coaches of Minehead in 1950. We only see the distinctive Harrington dorsal fin in Season 1 Episode 1:
