A look at what the British have done on Sunday over the years. Narrated by Sean Lock, it drew on footage from many sources.

Taken from British Pathe is footage of former Wilts and Dorset 317 (GMW195), a 1950 Bristol KS6B/Eastern Coachworks, in a new life as St Mary's Mobile Church in Andover:

There's also British Pathe footage of footballers changing before a game at Hackney Marshes in 1953, using HXB200, an AEC Regal/Duple of Grey Coaches of Peckham. The other coach in the background can't be identified:

Grainy, speeded up footage of London Transport buses includes Routemasters from Arriva London and Metroline, and two of the Routemasters outshipped in gold for the Queen's Golden Jubilee in 2002, one with First London, the other with Arriva London.
