Made in 1963 but not immediately released, 'Ring of Spies' depicts the events surrounding the Portland Spy Ring trial. Scenes at a top secret Royal Navy research station include this Foden PVSC6 JXL476 new in 1948 with King and Taylor body to Wootten of London SE13, but seen here in a plain 'RN' livery. It's followed by a more conventional 1950 Bedford OB/Duple in the same livery, VME296:
