Based on a true story and shot partly aboard a 1978 Bedford SB with Ansair Styliner body:


The bus itself was bought from Road King Coachlines of Adelaide and painted in the livery of Hamersley Iron. After the movie was completed it was acquired for further use as band transport. In early 2013 it was back on the road in the area the film was set.
